Responsive staff to concerns

Breakfast was monotonous. Would prefer a buffet style. Interior eating area was sparse. Staff was excellent. Room wasn't as pictured.

It was a great place to stay. The room was very comfortable and a good size for the price. The staff at the hotel were very helpful throughout the stay. I fully recommend the breafast - the on-site cafe was brilliant with delicious coffee, breafasts and pasties. There was plenty of shops and what not in the neighbourhood, and easy to reach from the metro.

Everything was perfect, as i have a baby all the stuff were so helpful and supportive especially Mrs Jeline i want to thank her for her exceptional hospitality and support, the location is amazing near almost everything and traffic is good to any place

Peaceful area. Staffs are very polite and friendly. I appreciate the way they treat us though we only stayed for 1 day. Always ready to give 100% of their best for making guest feel convenient. I really appreciated the room upgrade — it was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Jenelle who went above and beyond. Room service was excellent, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is great, quiet, and close to everything you need.

The only downside was the size of the facilities like the gym and pool — they were a bit small. But aside from that, everything else was wonderful.

The building is impressive, with a huge empty space inside. Our room was spacious and had cooking utencils. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and air conditioning worked well. It was clean, nothing too old. The location is quite close to metro, but it takes time to realize how to cut the path to the shortest way.

Not a big deal, but I'd recommend more attention to details. E.g., I requested two sets of bedsheets beforehand (bed + sofa), but they weren't provided until I asked again. Toilet paper was not refilled during housekeeping and I had to request it, too. Things like that. More plates, cups and utensils could be provided as well.

Its was bad experience..They keep us waiting for 45 mins..It should check in at 2pm but I checked in are 3:45 due to room not yet ready..

I dont like because some are not available like shower gel shampoo boby soap..

Very bad experience – Not recommended for familiesI stayed at this hotel with my family during a family trip, and unfortunately the experience was very bad. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, and not comfortable at all. The biggest issue was the extremely poor soundproofing. We could hear noises very clearly, even though there were three elevators separating our room from others.We were a large family, and we only stayed in the room for one or two hours before sleeping, just enough time for the kids to shower, change, have dinner, and go to bed. Despite this, we received repeated complaints about normal children’s noise. This is completely unreasonable, as the real problem is the room’s poor sound insulation, not the guests.On more than one occasion, security was sent to our room because of very normal kids’ sounds. The security staff were wearing outfits that looked scary to children, which frightened them badly and completely ruined our vacation. It is unacceptable to expect children not to speak at all inside a hotel room.The only positive point is that the staff and service were polite and respectful, but unfortunately this does not make up for the overall bad experience.I do not recommend this hotel at all, especially for families with children. You will not feel relaxed or enjoy your stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was the best possible price-quality ratio we could get in Dubai. It was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room had everything we needed for 7nights. The restaurant downstairs was nice as well and we had a discount because we were staying at the hotel. I would genuinely recommend this hotel, you can easily get anywhere by taxi or by metro (the Internet City stop is 10-15mins walking distance from the hotel). I will definitely come back.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the stay feel more like home than a hotel. I really liked having a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine very convenient for longer stays. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location in Barsha Heights is practical, with supermarkets, restaurants, and public transport nearby. Overall, it offered excellent value for money in Dubai.

There was noticeable noise from construction work outside the building. Some power sockets were not conveniently located, which made it uncomfortable to use a laptop. Also, one of the wall lights could not be turned off from the switch, which was slightly inconvenient.

The hotel and the room are really comfy. We are a couple with 2 kids and it was comfortable enough for all of us

Not as good as advertised (and hence, not as expected)It really needs improvement.

Uncomfortable

Check in was supposed to be at 2 pm but I arrived to the place at 5 pm; yet, they haven’t had the room ready by then still. Had to wait for 25 mins in the lobby before they gave me the access card and I was able to go to my room. You pay to sleep and be comfortable for a night; however, despite being on the 11th floor, all night we were disturbed by shouting and sirens from outside as well as the sound of doors opening and closing as if the walls are extremely thin. The AC control is common for the room and the living room which means whomever is sleeping in the room and on the sofa bed in the living room have to agree on the AC being on or off which is annoying. Moreover, the sink in the en-suite bathroom was broken. Finally, the breakfast is average at best.

Location & hotel excellent. Also there many restaurants & shops near to hotel.

The staff and the hotel were amazing our housekeeper we forget his name (jona) he is from India he was amazing.

Everything was amazing.
